Frozen products

In the production of frozen vegetables, we use the IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) shock-freezing method, which helps preserve both the appearance of the products and all the beneficial properties of fresh vegetables.

Appearance of vegetables in frozen form:

the vegetables are ripe, clean, without damage by agricultural pests, without mechanical damage.
The color of frozen vegetables is uniform, characteristic of this type of fresh vegetables.
Eggplants, zucchini, sweet peppers, carrots, onions, cut into cubes 10x10x10 mm.
Green beans are cut into pieces 20-30 mm long.

Appearance of defrosted vegetables:

the taste and smell are characteristic of the type of these vegetables, without foreign taste or smell. Green peas, green beans - with a slight starchy flavor. The consistency is slightly soft, close to the consistency of fresh vegetables. The color is uniform, characteristic of this type of vegetable.
