Halva

Halva is a confectionery product made from roasted and ground oil seeds or nuts which, when mixed with caramel mass whipped with a foaming agent, acquire a characteristic layered and fibrous texture. We have been producing halva for many decades and, like all our products, treat it with love and care for our customers.

Everyone knows what halva is; however, few people realize that the sunflower-seed halva loved by many may help in the fight against insomnia and even reduce stress thanks to its content of B-group vitamins. They also contribute to the maintenance of healthy skin, its cleanliness and freshness, as well as hair shine. Vitamin D, which is also contained in the seeds, strengthens the skeletal system. And for supporting and strengthening muscles halva contains magnesium—an element that positively affects heart function, helps prevent nervous strain, and contributes to the normalization of blood pressure.
